The developer of The TFit 360 App is Sweat Tech Ltd, a company registered in the UK under company number 10698331. This document explains our policies and practices in relation to how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.
This data protection declaration applies to all members from the time they first log in to The TFit 360 App website or mobile application, thereby acknowledging acceptance of this data protection declaration.
What we offer:
Our Service, is a platform for personal fitness to which users can search, purchase, review and input information and interact with training plans and workouts. What this means is that we and third parties including other users of the Service, advertisers, and the general public may see, use, share and otherwise interact with your User Content (as defined below).
The Information we collect
“Personal Data” is information that can be used, directly or indirectly, alone or together with other information, to identify you as an individual. This may include:

When you are using a mobile device, we also collect and use your Apple Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) to recognise your device and support advertising activities on our Service. These number values are not permanently tied to your device and, depending on your operating system, you can reset it through your device settings.
“Information” is together a user’s Personal Data, User Content and IDFA.
By registering, the user explicitly agrees that Sweat Tech Ltd shall have the right to use all automatically collected Personal Data for purposes of The TFit 360 Application and future web services of Sweat Tech Ltd. Sweat Tech Ltd does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer users’ Personal Data to third parties other than trusted third parties who assist us in operating our application and conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential).
Sweat Tech Ltd may also release users’ Personal Data when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
We store Personal Data and User Content for as long as is necessary to provide the Service to you and others. Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you delete or alter any of your Personal Data or User Content, we, and our associated companies and service providers, may retain your Personal Data and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for continuity, backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.
Sweat Tech Ltd assumes no liability for the interception, alteration or misuse of any information you provide to other users, or which you are provided by other users.
Why we collect your Information
As mentioned previously, we may conduct direct marketing via email, push notification, and other means of communication, or send promotion or Service-related emails and/or notifications to you. You can choose at any time not to receive promotional materials, by simply telling us at email@example.com and we will cease to provide them, without charge.
How we store your Information
Personal data stored electronically are password-protected. Encryption technology is used on our secured web areas. Our computer systems are placed in restricted areas. We only permit authorised employees to access Personal Data. These employees are trained on our privacy policies.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, we cannot ensure the security of any Information or guarantee that any Information may not be accessed, inaccessible, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

Any Information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy settings that you set. Once you have shared User Content, that User Content may be re-shared by others.
Subject to your profile and privacy settings, any Information that you make public is searchable by other users. If you remove Information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users or third parties have copied or saved that Information.
